Yes you can enable push notifications to receive notices to your mobile device for order statuses, alerts, chats, and notifications.
To activate push notifications:
- Update your mobile application to version 1.170324.0 or higher
- Launch the application on your mobile device and login with your user
- If prompted be sure to “allow” push notifications
- You can control what you would like to to receive push notifications about under Application Settings and the Application Settings tab under the heading “Push Notifications”. You can control these settings in both the mobile app as well as the desktop and browser version of Tradovate.
You can choose to be notified:
- For Working, Filled, Canceled or Rejected orders
- Any custom alerts that you set for contracts, your account or positions
- New chat messages received from Tradovate Trade Desk or Support
- New system notifications sent from Tradovate
