- Incorrect username or password: If you have multiple Tradovate logins (including those from Evaluation Services), please check to ensure that you are using the correct username / password combination
- Improper case (upper or lower): Tradovate usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, and if a letter has the incorrect case or if Caps Lock is ON, it will can prevent a user from logging in
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): If a user has enabled 2FA, they may need to provide an additional verification code from their mobile device or other authentication method. Tradovate users should ensure they have access to their 2FA method so that they can access their account.
- Disabled or deactivated account: While rare, a user's account might have been disabled or deactivated due to inactivity or security concerns. Please contact Tradovate support team for assistance if you believe your account has been deactivated.
