Log into your Tradovate account and navigate to your Application settings by clicking the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the trading platform:
From your Application Settings menu, choose Transfers & Payments:
Click Fund Account on the Transfers & Payments page:
From the Fund Account page, select Debit Card as your source of funds:
Enter the amount that you would like to deposit and then click Confirm and Transfer:
You will then be prompted to confirm your account via a code being sent by email. Click Continue to generate an email to your email address on file:
Then, enter the code when prompted:
After entering the Access Code from the email that was sent to you, click Continue through the confirmation screen. The Debit Transfer Services Disclosure will load in the same window, click Next after your review:
Be sure to check BOTH boxes in the Signing window, then enter your name as it appears above the signing box:
Click Sign to continue, then enter your Debit Card information. Click Fund Now at the bottom of the Debit Card information window to complete the deposit transaction:
Important Notes about Debit Card Transfers
- No setup or per-deposit fees
- The name on the bank account MUST match the name on the Tradovate account
- There is a $5,000 maximum deposit via debit card per day
- Please allow up to three business days for deposits by debit card to post to your Tradovate account
