Log into your Tradovate account and navigate to your Application settings by clicking the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the trading platform:
From your Application Settings menu, choose Transfers & Payments:
Click Fund Account on the Transfers & Payments page:
From the Fund Account page, select Debit Card as your source of funds:
You will then be prompted to review a Risk Disclosure form, then click the Next button:
The next screen will require you to acknowledge the Risk Disclosure by signing the document. Please be sure to check both boxes on this form, and enter your name as it is on your Tradovate account. Click Sign to continue:
You will then be prompted to enter your Debit Card information:
Click Add debit card to link the card to your NinjaTrader account. A window will pop up to show that the information is being processed:
Additional Verification
Some debit cards may require an additional verification step. If so, your screen will display a message stating so:
Click Proceed to continue with the verification process. You will be prompted to hold your debit card up to the camera on your device for our card processing service to process:
Card Successfully Linked
Once the verification process was successfully completed, you will see a pop-up window with a confirmation. This window will allow you to proceed directly to initiating a request to deposit funds, or you can skip the funding process now and return to it later:
Important Notes about Debit Card Transfers
- No setup or per-deposit fees
- The name on the bank account must match the name on the Tradovate account
- There is a $5,000 maximum deposit via debit card per day
- Please allow up to three business days for deposits by debit card to post to your Tradovate account
