If you are looking to close your account with Tradovate, you will simply need to withdraw your account balance, as well as cancel any automatically-renewing Add-on and / or data subscription.
Presuming that you have successfully cancelled your subscriptions and are not carrying a balance in the account; you will not be assessed any inactivity fees or incur any charges from Tradovate.
If you would like to reopen your account, you can log in and deposit funds at any time.
