For corporate entity accounts, our New Accounts team may request Articles of Organization from the applicant. This is generally issued by the Secretary of State, and will often be stamped / embossed with a state seal.
Depending on the state, it may have a different title, but it is most commonly known as Articles of Organization.

What are some characteristics of a satisfactory submission?
- The image is clear
- All information is legible
- The image contains the entirety of the document, showing all four of its corners
- The document is issued in the state that the entity is registered to do business in

- The image is unclear
- Some or all of the information is not legible
- The document was not issued by the state
- The image does not contain or show the entire document, or does not show all four corners of the page
