Explanation
The exchanges set a price range above and below the current price in which orders can be placed. If an order is placed at a price outside of this range, it is rejected by the exchange. More information can be found on the CME's website here.
Resolution
Place your order at a price that is closer to where the market is currently trading. One common cause of this error is a user not including a decimal point in the order price (415025 versus 4150.25), leading to a price outside of the order bands.
