Yes, you can enable push notifications which will allow you to receive messages on your mobile device for order statuses, alerts, chats, and other Tradovate Trader notifications. To do so, first make sure that you have the latest version of Tradovate Pulse.
Launch Pulse on your mobile device and log in. If prompted to allow push notifications, choose “Allow”.
In the Trader Application for Web or Desktop, you can edit what you’d like to receive notifications for. Navigate to Application Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
Choose the Application Preferences Tab.
Then under the Notifications heading, make sure Push Notifications are enabled. Then click Advanced Configuration.
From there you’ll be presented with a number of options that you can tailor to your personal specifications.
When you are satisfied with your changes, you can simply navigate away from this menu and your changes will be persisted.
