Add Multi-Level Brackets, OCO, and Trailing Stop Mgmt for Chart trading

It would be nice to utilize the DOM trading bracket feature for the chart, but also provide more than one level. If using OFA allow the chart trading Sell / MKT / Buy MKT buttons to default to the bracket settings if used. Also adding Buy / Sell Bid / Ask would be awesome.

Additionally adding an OCO option and trailing stop management to the brackets would be ideal.
