Flatten at Time Funtionality

It would be great to be able to have a Flatten At Time feature, so that you can have the software automatically close you out AND cancel all working orders at a specific time. I know you can release an order at a certain time, but we are limited to market, limit, stop and stop limit order types (and working protective stop orders would still be in effect). So if there could either be a "flatten & cancel" order type added to the order ticket window, or else a separate "flatten at time" functionality somewhere in application settings, that would be really helpful.

  Any possibility that this might be implemented down the road? I think it would be a huge help for day timeframe traders that need to have their positions flattened at end of day.

  Yes we are discussing internally the best way to implement this.  It is something we are looking to implement, just discussing the best approach and will update this post once we have it scheduled.

  Mark, Thanks again for sending this request through!

  I just wanted to provide a quick overview of how this has been implemented.  This will be included in our coming release.

  The link to this function can be found under the Equity and P/L dropdown in the top navigation (you'll also note we added a meter showing your daily loss and how close you are to that limit as well):

  

  The Configuration Modal will allow you to enable/disable this function and set the time of the current calendar date you would like to flatten:

  

  

  When it executes, Positions will be exited and working orders will be canceled:

  

  In addition, the function will be "disabled" after executing.

  Wow thanks so much for this Brian. Looks great, and this will be really helpful when I'm holding a position and need to get out at close but am not at my trading desk. Appreciate all the effort you've put in to get these updates together.
