    We just released a new forum for users to work together on custom indicators (https://tradovate.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000511407-Custom-Indicators).  Feel free to post this and any others to this forum.

    The ichimoku cloud has been request a few times by users but there are certain limitations preventing us from creating a custom indicator for it.  

    1) Displaced plot lines are needed (shifting the plots forward and backward)

    2) A cloud plot type that shades in an area between two plot lines 

    3) Tradovate currently does not allow future based plots, i.e. drawing "ahead" of the price bars.

    Please consider providing these capabilities, they would come in handy for other indicators as well!

    anyluck with the Ichimoku - It'd be awesome if we had this. I'd rather using Tradovate then Tradingview

    +1 For Ichimoku.  Please!  I'm the same, on the fence re: Tradovate vs. Tradingview.  I don't think Tradingview supports tick-based charts, and Tradovate Platform doesn't support Ichimoku...I want a platform that has both!
