New bar on reverse range

The current range and momentum range bars do not properly show rotations. I would like to see a "new bar on reverse range" where it create a new bar only when the current bar moves x in the opposite direction of the bar open.

  That is available with the OFA package

  Shouldn't have to pay for the OFA package to get this. Pretty standard feature with range bars.
