Snap Mode

Please add a snap mode to at least horizontal lines and rays that can be toggled on or off. The snap to choices should include open, close, high, low, and closest for a given time period. Once snapped to a location, it should stick to that location even if the period changes. Meaning, if it snaps to a 1 min close, it should stay at that location if the time frame is changed to 30 minutes.
