Additional hotkeys

Please add hotkeys to move left/right within a tabbed stack.

For example on the DOM stack I typically have 4 instruments, each in their own tab. I would like hotkeys to move right a tab, and left a tab.

  Can one key be a hotkey for one finger selection?

  Would you be able to add a hotkey for contract quantity selection? Or even better the ability to hit one hot key and buy/sell a specified quantity without having to use the quantity dropdown menu? This would help manage positions a lot better!

  Please add those hot keys listed above, especially quantity selection and custom order placement. Any hot keys that reduce the need for mouse tracking and clicking are essential.
