Upper and Lower Boundaries on Charts for Scrolling + Bars Per Chart Setting

While one can highlight and zoom on a selected portion of the chart, this is cumbersome.  Requesting that charts have upper and lower boundaries set, so that price does not go out of view when scrolling forward or backward on a chart.  The chart should auto-adjust given the total range of price one is attempting to view.      

Also, requesting a "bars per chart" function as part of chart default settings, so that if stacking charts vertically, you can line them all up easily.  As of now, it's very hard to do.

  Need this feature. Need to be able to have continuous auto fitting of chart. Checked and unchecked!

  Bars per chart function has been added

  Continuously Autofit Chart On/Off has also been added
