Tick Stream - Double filter entries (From & To)

Hello,

Should be easy to make, and usefull :

Having TWO fields to set the filter :

- First "From" (lines with quantity BELOW this value will NOT be displayed)

- Second "To" (lines with quantity ABOVE this value will NOT be displayed)
