Show Total Margin Used and Margin Available

In a coming release, we will be adding 2 additional fields to the Account Reports where you will be able to quickly see your Total Margin Used.  This value will include all positions and working orders.  There will also be a display of Margin Available

We will include the details in the Release Notes once this is available in the general release
