Daily Loss Limit Include a 1 hour lockout

I think it would be very helpful if the daily loss limit had a 1 hour lockout before it could be changed.  This would help me from emotionally going in and changing or deleting it in the heat of the moment after it has been hit.  1 hour is enough time to re-evaluate everything and let adrenaline fade.  Thoughts?  Am I the only person who has this issue?
