EPIQ / Order types / DOM width

Hello,

I use your platform (I use only DOM, charts very occasionally). I think DOM is really good.So I have some feedback for you and ideas that can make it even more useful.

1. It will be great to implement EPIQ (estimated position in queue) in your DOM. It's extremely useful for scalpers when trading thick markets like notes, bonds etc.

2. It will be great to implement additional order types - stop and limit orders that depend on volume (e.g. stop order triggered if volume at level is less than xx, limit order that is pulled off if the volume at level drops to yy and it's pulled in again if the volume increases above yy level)

3. DOM width ... - I think it is easy to implement - If I want to watch a lot of doms one next to another - I need some of them to be very narrow. And it is impossible now - I think becouse of fixed size of buttons (Buy Mkt, Cancel all, Sell Mkt). It would be extremly helpful to have possibility to narrow it as much as I want it to.

I think above implementations are worth considering.
