The Balance sheet menu will give you quick access to a detailed breakdown of your account finances, a listing of your positions for the day as well as a link to manage your account liquidation rules to aid on managing your account risk
Balance Sheet
The Balance Sheet shows you a detailed breakdown of your account. Showing details of:
- Total Net Liquidating Value
- Total Profit (or Loss)
- Open Profit (or Loss)
- Realized Profit (or Loss)
- Total Cash
- Options Cost
- Day Margin
- Total Margin Used
- Available Net Liquidating Value
- Distance to Stop Losses
- Distance to Liquidation Only
- Distance to Auto-liquidation
You will also notice any calculations/descriptions of what makes up each of these values:
In addition, this will also be the area where you will be able to adjust the cash balance for your demo account. This function can be found at the bottom of this screen:
Positions
Under the Balance Sheet Menu, you will also be able to access your Positions for the day. The functions for the Positions area are the same as they are under the Markets screen:
Autoliquidation
The last area that can be found under the Balance Sheet menu is the Auto-liquidation. The Auto-Liquidation area will allow you to:
- View Tradovate's Auto-Liquidation Policy
- Set Parameters associated with flattening your account at a specific time of day
- Set a Daily Loss Limit for your account
