Add thinner lines on indicators.

Add a thinner line to all indicators. The current thinnest line is still too thick specially if I have multiple windows opened or viewed in mobile. It's hard to see the details of the oscillators and it's making the chart look so heavy overall. For example, I can't see the two lines of the stochastic crossing anymore when I have 4 charts opened.
