Chart order confirmations

I want to disable the order confirmation button that appears after selecting which type of order I want. This happens when using brackets. its time consuming and requires yet another click. Please simplify this. Also, the web site says there should be a button on the confirmation pop up that gives me the option to not show the pop up again. This does not appear on mine.
