Placing Limit Orders from the DOM with Level 1 Data

Hello Development team!

I would like to request a new feature that allows us to place orders from the DOM ladder with Top of Book data only.

I'm aware that I can't see the book depth, but placing orders from the ladder should not be a problem, since I can place limit and stop orders from the chart.

Placing limit orders from the chart is not very practical, especially when we use bracket orders.

We need 3 clicks to place a limit bracket order from the chart, which is too slow for my trading style...

1st click - click on the price I want to place the order;
2nd click - select if I want to place a limit or stop order at that price level;
3rd click - confirm the order (because it's a bracket order)

The same process in the DOM ladder requires only one click, which is much faster.

Please enable this ASAP. Your courtesy is most appreciated.

  I would like to see this feature added as well. I don't need level 2 data, but I find it easier to place and manage trades from the DOM.

  In release 1.190927.0 we will be adding the functionality to allow users to use the DOM with only Level 1 (Top of Book) market data subscriptions.  With this release, if you attempt to add a DOM for a product from an exchange which the user only has Level 1 the DOM will display a notification message advising that only best bid and offer data will be displayed in addition to last price.  You can choose to update your market data by clicking on the link in the message

  

  If you click "OK" the DOM will open showing Level 1 data.  Your preferences for this product will be remembered in your settings and you will only need to confirm this one time
