Add Date, Time, Date+Time as available indicator inputs

Several indicators I've created rely on a time for user input, for example session start and session end times.  I've worked around the issue by using "hours" and "minutes" integers, but this is a bit hacky.

I would also like to have a Date input, for calculations that depend on a particular date, for example resetting an indicator after a particular date.

To summarize, I'm asking for:

• Date input, i.e. 1/1/2018
• Time input, i.e 9:30 AM (24 hour time is acceptable)
• Date + Time input, i.e. 1/1/2018 9:30 AM
