Requesting the Price Volume Trend indicator (or some call it Volume Price Trend), a variation of the On Balance Volume indicator (% change based, rather than closing price based):

Just for clarity, there is currently a Price Volume Trend indicator in Tradovate.  However, it requires a period designation, which is not typical for a Price Volume Trend indicator.  This leads me to believe the PVT in Tradovate is not the standard version.

  Aloha again, AC!

  I looked into Tradovate's indicator, and it appears although it accepts a period it is not used in the code. 

  I also use the Thinkorswim platform and looked at the code for their indicator, and can confirm they are indeed the exact same algorithm, so no need to create another one.

  If Tradovate support is listening, it's safe to remove the period input from the code!
