Alarm Sound ?

Hi! Would be possible to make a buzzing sound for the alarm when condition is met till cancel on desktop/iPhone  ? It would be nice to get text/email notification.. Right not it's one single sound/click and it stops. I miss it often.. I really appreciate your help !
