Revamp of DOM / Ladder features

G'day legends!

It would be great if you could add some features to the DOM to make it more consistent with other offerings. Ideas include:

- Last traded volume 

- Cumulative traded volume 

- Ability to customise colour of volume histogram

- Split volume history between buy/sell volume

- See Jigsaw for an idea

There's a couple of other DOM related requests throughout the feature requests that could also be incorporated into this one. 

I really think that if you were able to add features like those described above, your DOM could be the first and best truly native Mac offering out there!

  I completely support the features above. Tradovate has the feel of a platform that wants to trade on the smaller time frames. So having a specialised DOM to suport this trading is essential. I understand the Jigsaw plugin can give you access to this type of DOOM, but we should be able to access it through the one platform that we have signed up to.

  I'd like modifications to the grey scroll button on the DOM. If I have a sell order resting on the DOM, the "x" that cancels the order is often very close to the scroll button. When I go to hit the "x" to cancel that sell order, if my mouse placement is off by a very small amount, I can inadvertently hit the scroll button, which moves the DOM several hundred points..
