Is there a way to plot the horizontal price line with offset? like 8 ticks over the current price and 8 ticks under?

  Yes, here is a screenshot of an indicator I used to use with TOS, the yellow line is the current price, the green lines are 10 tick over the price and 10 ticks under. I used this to ball park where my profit would be.
