Plot Static Price Levels

This seems so simple, I am embarrassed to even ask...but, I have not been able to figure out how to do this.  I just want an "indicator" that plots horizontal lines at predetermined price levels.  For instance, I trade the NQ, and would like a horizontal line on every XX50 handle.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this.

EX:

8000, 8050, 8100, 8150, etc.

Plotting each line individually is a pain, and since they can't be locked, they get moved inadvertently when moving around on the chart. Plus I have to add the lines all over again once I move to a new contract.  Any help would be appreciated!
